Booked an appointment for next day and Bobby came out right on time at noon. He was here maybe all of 20 minutes and fixed the issue quickly and effectively. Only charged me the diagnostic fee which felt fair. We had been smelling gas from our stove/oven and he was able to identify a leaky valve and repair it. Juan Alvarez came out to diagnose our leaking dishwasher. He was thorough, personable, honest and answered all of our questions. He was experienced and knowledgeable regarding the quality of various dishwasher brands. He looked up the price of the part we need and gave us a  repair quote on the spot.
